حذف الحساب والبياناتDelete your account and data

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به من داخل التطبيق، أو بطلب عبر هذه الصفحة.

You can delete your account and its associated data from inside the app, or by making a request on this page.

الطريقة الأسرع: من التطبيقFastest way: in the app

  1. افتح تطبيق بصمة وسجّل الدخول.Open the Basma app and sign in.
  2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي.Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. اختر «حذف الحساب» وأكّد الطلب.Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

أرسل لنا الطلب مع المعلومات المطلوبة أدناه، وسنتحقق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف.

    قد نطلب منك معلومة تؤكد أنك صاحب الحساب لحماية بياناتك.

    We may ask for information confirming you own the account, to protect your data.

    ننفّذ الحذفWe carry out the deletion

    نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية خلال 30 يوماً من استلام طلب صحيح.

    We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

    نؤكد لكWe confirm to you

    نرسل لك تأكيداً عند اكتمال الطلب.

    We email you a confirmation when the request is complete.

ما الذي يُحذفWhat is deleted

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد والهاتف واسم المستخدم.Account data: name, email, phone and username.
  • الصور والملفات التي رفعتها، مثل صورة الملف الشخصي.Photos and files you uploaded, such as a profile picture.
  • رموز الإشعارات ومعرّفات الجهاز المرتبطة بالحساب.Notification tokens and device identifiers linked to the account.
  • النسخة المحلية على جهازك عند تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق.The local copy on your device when you sign out or uninstall the app.

ما قد نحتفظ بهWhat we may retain

  • سجلات مطلوبة نظاماً أو لحماية الأمن ومنع الاحتيال وحل النزاعات، لأقصر مدة لازمة.Records required by law or to protect security, prevent fraud and resolve disputes, for the shortest time necessary.
  • بيانات سجل المدرسة التي تحتفظ بها المدرسة بصفتها الجهة المسؤولة، وفق سياساتها.School records kept by the school as the responsible party, under its own policies.
  • نسخ احتياطية محدودة تُستبدل تلقائياً بعد مدة قصيرة ولا تُستخدم لغرض آخر.Limited backups that are automatically replaced after a short time and not used for any other purpose.

حسابات الطلاب والمعلمين تُدار من مدارسهم، لذا قد يتطلب حذفها تأكيداً من المدرسة. اطلع على سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل.
